Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM MO GANJI, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Mo Ganji, Düsseldorfer Str. 6, 10719 Berlin, ordered from the website at . By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Mo Ganji reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Mo Ganji use Paypal Debit card transactions as their online purchasing systems.
Mo Ganji accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in Euro and they include VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Mo Ganji will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Mo Ganji through Paypal or WIx.com by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Mo Ganji has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Mo Ganji by email at .
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Mo Ganji will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Mo Ganji is under no obligation to accept any order.
All delivery times quoted on the Mo Ganji website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Mo Ganji may deliver items from the same order separately.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by courier service. Mo Ganji tries to deliver purchased art within 14 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Mo Ganji cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If Mo Ganji is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Mo Ganji is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Mo Ganji is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Mo Ganji. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Mo Ganji for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
Mo Ganji uses Paypal and Wix.com for online payments. Paypal and Wix.com allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal’s secure systems please visit their website
Mo Ganji is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

Full Returns Policy
Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork. ***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact our email support to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3 – Email to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
